Cape Crossings will have a wide array of floor plan types. Our mix will include 1 bedrooms, 1 bedrooms w/ dens, 2 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with dens and 3 bedrooms. While pricing is yet to be established, pricing will be approximately from $495,000 to above $1M for our larger penthouse residences.
